At our EatThis. Unconference on 27 February 2024, stakeholders from within and beyond the world of food production gathered to explore collaboration and innovation. Themed “Hungry for Connection,” the event aimed to strengthen existing ties and forge new relationships vital for a resilient future of food.

The Unconference unveiled what EatThis. is cooking for 2024 and provided a platform for engagement with organizations like the Slow Food Youth Network, In4Art, ACCEZ, and Alvaro Umaña. These discussions sparked new insights and fostered dynamic exchanges among participants.

A central theme that emerged was the importance of trust and transparency in building connections. Stijn Baan, Commercial Director of Koppert Cress and EatThis. board member, highlighted trust’s role in fostering meaningful dialogue and collaboration. Genuine connections, he emphasized, are nurtured through transparency and authenticity, enabling productive partnerships and collective progress.

The evening concluded with a memorable dinner hosted by Koppert Cress, showcasing the power of food to bring people together. Guests enjoyed an exquisite culinary display, accompanied by vibrant discussions and shared experiences.
