Comedian & Anthropologist in Residence
From February 1–3, 2023, EatThis. hosted a multi-day residency exploring the world of horticulture with a unique duo: Dolf Jansen, comedian, writer, and TV/radio host, and Jitske Kramer, corporate anthropologist.
The residency began with a visit to the Westlands Museum to gain historical perspective, followed by guided tours of several leading Dutch horticulture companies and meetings with visionary leaders in the sector.
Through this immersive experience, the duo not only explored the inner workings of modern food production but also shared their journey with a wide audience. With significant media exposure, viewers and readers alike were invited to engage with the fascinating world of horticulture, its innovations, and the people driving it forward.
